Received wrong color and wrong size

I ordered the red one in 42 2/3 and received the black in 41 1/3. I reached out to the info@ email several times, but no one ever replied. I like the black, but it does not fit, so I want to return it, but it doesn't seem to be possible. I'm absolutely not satisfied with the service.

Bought as a gift for my son, UK size 9 fit perfectly with room for winter sailing socks. Colour is great and adjustable heel straps are very helpful.
Great product, He can't wait to get using them in the water.
